Canada C3 Expedition Application Video

In August of 2017, B.A.M founder Michelle Munkittrick had the opportunity to apply as a videographer/photographer aboard the Polar Prince: an ice breaker to set sail from Toronto to Victoria via the Northwest Passage. The application required a two minute short video highlighting why she would be an excellent candidate for the position. Here is the video that received roughly 3,000 views in one week. Upon review, she was lucky to join the expedition for 2 weeks, Leg 7 & 8, up the coast of majestic Baffin Island of Arctic Canada.

Local Victoria Dance Company 'Broken Rythems' Features B.A.M. Latest Film As Backdrop For Their Latest Work Titled "Universal Horrors"

An experimental vision, Brave Art Media storyteller Michelle Munkittrick created her recent cinematic work as a backdrop to accompany local dance company "Broken Rythem's" latest show titled "Universal Horrors." The supportive film features 50 minutes of textural overlay and timely edits to original music and movements developed collaboratively with the company's director & choreographer Dyana Sonik- Henderson. Cleverly constructed, the film is laced with dreamy yet haunting clips montaged together to support the projects inspiration drawn from archival horror films from the 30's, 40's and 50's!
